GRACEFUL BUTTERFLY
I've been in the vintage business for almost two decades...owning several shops in Chicago. After years of participating in art fairs with the vintage inspired jewelry that I designed, collecting beautiful items from the past became my new passion. My shop "Sonia Simone" evolved from the wonderful collection I had acquired...you can only collect so much before you run out of room...so opening a shop was my next venture in my life. Once I opened it, I was able to offer these beautiful items to others that would love them just as much as I did whe I purchased them. I ran the shop for 12 years and have now closed.
My path has led me to create a website with a new name...Graceful Butterfly...in honor of my metamorphosis. The free time from being bound by my retail storefront has enabled me to have an online business selling the lovely items that I have accumulated over the years. Now I've evolved again and I'm designing vintage inspired hats...each one is a one-of-a-kind original design, which I sell through my Ebay store. Another branch has opened on my path and I'm flying in a new creative direction...fluttering my wings like a butterfly in graceful flight!
