Graceful Butterfly evolved through the metamorphosis of my passion for collecting lovely items from another place in time. Each item has a story to tell...a journey all it's own. Like a caterpillar coming out of it's cocoon...spreading it's wings for the first time...waiting for its next flight to begin...
I have been delightfully inspired by the past to design one-of-a-kind original hats...created with the vintage elements I have collected over the years. I also design beautiful one-of-a-kind brooches for my hats, as well, using vintage elements to create them. I call my hat designs...Nouveau Vintage....new hats with vintage style...new hats with new lives. Each hat is uniquely original in it's design. I also offer custom design work for my customers that need the perfect hat to wear for that special occasion...made especially for you.
My hats have been sold all over the world...they're living lives that I haven't indulged in...visiting countries I have never explored...they're fluttering the earth in beautiful flight...as butterflies always do.
